The SVB team recently went on a staff meal, we even had some of our board members join us which was amazing! The food was fab but the company was even better, we look forward to many more staff outings in the future.

Perimenopause and Menopause are not usual open topics to discuss at the dinner table. Furthermore, in South Asian communities, there are limited safe spaces in cultural and diverse languages where women can get information about it or talk about it. As something that nearly all women will be likely to experience at some point in their lives, we would like to create space to acknowledge the challenges, tell the stories and connect in solidarity, too.
Over the past few weeks the Faith team have visited several places of worship, including the Guru Gobind Singh Gurdwara, Jamia masjid and Hindu Cultural Society of Bradford as part of an initiative for the South Asian Heritage month.
