Our work streams

How can we help?

We provide a wide range of services to support the mental health and wellbeing needs of individuals from Black Minority and Ethnic communities.  These include one-to-one support and home visits, group sessions, advocacy and signposting.  We work with young people (13 plus years), adults and older people.

We have a good understanding of the needs of diverse communities,and our staff speak a variety of languages ranging from Urdu to Polish and French.  As such we can offer tailored services to support the needs of communities and individuals.

We also offer a wide range of additional services, including;  a venue for meetings, functions, and group sessions, service awareness, training and best practice guidance, workshop facilitation, and events support

Our core services are detailed below.

South Asian (Mens)

A range of services, activities and events to support the mental health & wellbeing of men (aged 24 to 50 year old) from the South Asian communities.

South Asian (Womens)

A range of services, activities and events to support the mental health & wellbeing of women of all ages from the South Asian communities.

Young People

A range of services to support the mental health & wellbeing of young people (aged 13 to 24 years) from Black Minority and Ethnic communities.

Volunteering

A range of opportunities for volunteers to gain valuable experience, training and life skills while supporting the delivery of our services.

Older People / Dementia

A range of services to support the mental health & wellbeing of older people (aged 50 plus) from Black Minority and Ethnic communities.

Central Easter European Community (CEEC)

A range of services to support the mental health & wellbeing of individuals from the Central & Eastern European communities.

African and African Caribbean (AAC)

A range of services to support the mental health & wellbeing of individuals from the African and African Carribean communities.

Refugees & Asylum Seekers

A range of services, activities and events to support the mental health & wellbeing of Refugees, Asylum Seekers and new communities.
